Role overview:
We’re a team on a mission to ensure every brand within the size? Group [size?, HIP and Foot Patrol] is perfectly positioned to allow us to raise each brand’s profile and maximise opportunities from our organic social, third-party partnerships and retail channels to drive commercial results. As Marketing Executive your part is to help forge emotional connections through the creation of relevant content & activations that not only boost brand awareness and market share but create a bond with our audiences.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive you will use your campaign management skills to advance the size?, HIP and Foot Patrol brands by managing and delivering best in class marketing initiatives, positioning each as a leader within their niche of the streetwear category.
You will be responsible for delivering cohesive campaigns in line brand strategies by working with our Social, Third Party Brand (3PB), Multichannel (Paid, CRM, Digital, Trade), Retail, Buying and Merchandising teams. You’ll need to be comfortable working at a fast pace, delivering a high volume of assets, working to rigorous brand standards, have a creative flare, plus superb organisational skills to excel in this role.
Get stuck in with the day-to-day management of the marketing operations, with a specific focus on ‘new in product’, ‘commercial pushes’ and ‘retail support’
Upkeep of brand calendars and schedule of omnichannel activity, with a hero focus on size?
Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and optimise opportunities to deliver engaging content in line with business goals
Work on marketing events and activations as part of wider marketing initiatives
Manage individual seasonal product briefs and deliver relevant content to relevant teams
Manage ‘new in’ / ‘commercial pushes’ content and deliver to relevant teams
Own elements of campaign creative development working with internal and external creative teams ensuring all processes are met including creative briefing, time and cost management while safeguarding brand guidelines for all 3 brands
Manage point of sale (POS) rollouts, window installations and general retail comms
Stock removals management
Regular retail store visits to assess and report on campaign effectiveness and identify ways in which marketing can support retail footfall
Understand commercial goals for campaigns to propose the right initiatives to drive success
Explore and identify opportunities to help improve the output of marketing campaigns
Openness to work flexible hours when necessary to attend and manage brand events or oversee retail installations
Passion for the products we sell across size?, HIP and Foot Patrol
Understanding of our core consumers and a strong knowledge of the content they would engage with
Proven creativity and taste levels
Relevant experience in a marketing role with key transferable skills
Organisational, planning, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be a team player, flexible and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to manage own workloads to set deadlines
Proficient with all relevant computer software MS office etc.
Retail experience is advantageous
Hold a valid driving license and passport and be prepared to travel throughout the UK and internationally
