Role overview:
A Senior Stylist has the ability tostyle at an advanced level across day todaytransactional shootsand on major Campaigns. They manage and support the development of stylistsand are invested in their personal development, they complete regular 1:1’s, set objectivesand complete annual appraisals. They ensure daily targets are achieved by monitoring styling and Studio KPI’s, planning and organising resource daily to align with business requirements. They have excellent commercial awareness, an understanding of workflow and Studio processes, and have the ability toreview and QC imagery. They drive efficiency and are invested in improving and developing processes, andidentifyingtraining opportunities for the wider team. They work collaboratively within the Senior Team to provide support and guidance, demonstratingresilience and approachability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for styling on a wide range of complex styling projects from transactional to campaigns delivering high-qualityresults.
Demonstrate and consistently maintainexceptional styling across all projects creating inspiring and engaging looks that target and inspire the consumer.
Manage, mentor and Stylists and be invested in the development of the wider styling team.
Organise, planand allocateresource according to workload, development opportunities and priorities, working collaboratively with the Senior team.
Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.
Monitor Styling, and Studio KPI’s ensuring team are achieving targets, review and provide regular productivity updates toCreative Project Lead
Quality check and review imagery with the team ensuring styling is adhering to brand guidelines whilst still allow
Monitor styling kit ensuring we have relevant items and request replenishment.
Conduct styling site reviews with the team providing constructive feedback and inspire development opportunities.
Generate content for Styling Guides ensuring they are up to date and available to support in the training and development stylists.
Attend buyersmeetings building relationships and relay key brand/ trend direction to the team in styling meetings.
Challenge underperformance.
Conduct regular 1:1’s meetings and support in personal development, providingfeedback in a constructive, motivating & polite manner.
Complete tasks including updating daily plans, approvingand logging holidays, recording hours, and completingReturn to Work forms.
Support and suggest new workflow solutions to streamline the studios process.
Collaborate effectively within the Senior team driving a team mentality to the wider styling team.
Build and develop relationships with Key Stakeholders.
Have patience and remain calm in challenging situations demonstratingresilience.
Meet deadlines and execute last minute briefs.
Embrace flexibility and longer working hours when required.
Be process driven, creating styling process guides to support in the development of stylists.
Maintain and develop excellent communication and relationships with wider studio functions.
Be a role model in demonstratingresilience, promoting a positive studio culture and challenge negativity.

Attend weekly creative teammeetings and share regular updates with theCreative Project Lead.

Skills and Experience:
Managerial ability.

Proven experience within a similar role.
