What You’ll Be Doing:
- Year 1: Financial Reporting – Develop key accounting skills like accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis while working with stock invoicing and cash transactions.
- Year 2: Explore from the below:
- Group Finance: Support the group consolidation process and assist with the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts for the Plc
- Tax: Understand the Group Tax structure, and monthly reporting requirements for both direct and indirect tax, develop an understanding of tax rates across group territories
- FP&A: Learn the ropes of group-wide forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven management reporting.
- Internal Controls: Develop an understanding of the role Internal Controls play in safeguarding the business.
- Year 3: Commercial Finance - Gain insights into UK and European forecasting and budgeting processes to support key business decisions and evaluate store expansions for strategic brand growth.

- Minimum 2.1 Degree, 120 UCAS points (new ratings), and GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or 4)

What to Expect from the Recruitment Process

- Assessment Centre: Held on Monday 30th June
