Key Objective: The Copywriter plays a key role in shaping how the brand speaks - creating engaging, on-brand copy across all touchpoints. This role blends creativity with precision, requiring confidence in Microsoft Office and other systems to manage daily tasks, alongside a creative mindset that brings ideas to life in every piece of content.
Responsibilities:
- Writing engaging and informative product descriptions for all categories
- Translate from English when required - including short and long formats
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts to support marketing, product and sport messages
- Format blogs in Wordpress using basic HTML
- Introductory SEO skills
- Understanding and adopting the JD tone of voice in all copy
- Work closely with the rest of the Copy Team to align and share ideas, as well as across other functions including Digital Marketing, Content, Trade and CRM
Skills and Experience:
- Acquired copywriting skills in a certified apprenticeship or a comparable competency through work history
- Committed to working as part of a team
- Pro-active with a positive attitude
- A passion for writing
- Able to work quickly and effectively whilst maintaining a high level of quality and managing workloads
- Organised and be able to manage own workflow
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas to line manager and other team members
- Business fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
