As a Profit and Asset Protection DC Compliance Manager (m/f/d), reporting directly to the Group Profit Protection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all stock movements and cycle counts within our logistics centre in Heerlen (Netherlands) and ensuring their accurate reporting. You will utilise various computerised stock systems and reports to maintain an accurate and reliable stock position, while implementing and ensuring compliance with all company procedures.

Your area of responsibility:
- Oversee all aspects of stock control, including:
- Conducting cycle counts.
- Performing inbound checks on supplier deliveries and cross-docked DC stock.
- Resolving general stock-related queries.
- Monitor stock adjustments within the Heerlen DC, analyze data, and report findings.
- Investigate and report on SDR (Stock Discrepancy Report) results.
- Ensure accurate reporting of reason code adjustments within the DC.
- Track and report stock remaining on ILPNs (Individual License Plate Numbers).
- Monitor and report on lost and found items.
- Investigate and address gain/loss adjustments, including system sync reports.
- Review and investigate stock in holding locations.
- Conduct investigations into receipting adjustments and missing supplier stock.
- Monitor stock transfers from external DCs and stores, managing necessary adjustments.
- Ensure the DC is fully cycle-counted each quarter and discrepancies are analyzed.
- Complete audits of high-value and large-quantity items.
- Manage stock removal processes for special purposes such as charity, influencers, bloggers, and photoshoots.
- Oversee end-of-line and jobber stock compliance.
- Conduct RTV (Return to Vendor) audits.
- Report loss information to the DC Security Manager.
- Perform checks on outbound totes, cartons, and internet parcels.
- Monitor and investigate reprinted labels for accuracy.
- Log and dispose of misdirected parcels belonging to other businesses (non-group stock).
- Oversee the Sin Bin location, processing damaged, faulty, or irregular products for return to Hem/Kingsway DC.
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks as required by the business and within your scope of responsibility.

What you should bring with you:
- Some supervisory or management experience in a similar environment.
- Previous experience in stock control is preferred but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of literacy and numeracy, with the ability to produce accurate documentation and maintain detailed records.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize work, set and achieve measurable targets, and operate within budgets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in using computer systems and applications.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels as well as external partners.
