Your Challenge as HR Advisor:

As an HR Advisor, you are responsible for all HR-related tasks for our stores and head office in the Netherlands. In this operational role, you will work closely with store managers and the HR Business Partner, significantly contributing to the further development and quality assurance of our HR processes.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for all operational inquiries from our People Operations Assistant(s).

  • HR Consultancy: Support store managers and office staff with general HR topics such as absence management, performance reviews, and other personnel matters.

  • Project Management: Take responsibility for the implementation of our new Workforce Management System (Manus).

  • Training: Conduct training sessions for store management.

  • System Optimization: Further develop the HRIS system (AFAS) in collaboration with a consultant.

  • Process Quality: Ensure the quality of all HR processes.

  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Dutch labor market.

  • Administrative Precision: Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Full-Time Availability: Commitment to a full-time role (38 hours).
