... an enthusiastic Full Time Supervisor for our JD Sports Store in Haarlem. As a supervisor you are partly responsible for the course of events on the shop floor. Achieving an optimal turnover result in accordance with the set targets and guidelines is your focus. You coach and motivate your team on customer and service orientation. Moreover, you are partly responsible for the implementation of a good and correct store presentation in accordance with the guidelines. You also focus on training, motivating and informing your team so that they can develop as best as possible.

• You are 38 hours available every week;

• You preferably have experience in retail, management experience is an advantage;
