Be a troubler shooter for all assigned stores whenever any store encounter issues regard to operational matters
Ensure the continued growth and development of the stores by providing store managers with hands on leadership and direction, helping them to identify appropriate tasks and objectives
To maximize store performance, increase sales, improve margins and reduce costs
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through excellent management of staff and expected standards with regular follow-up audits
Ensure all stores work within company standard operations procedures
Work on following-up and implementing employee development programs
Timely submission of sales and other management reports
Recruitment for store
Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
Responsible to ensure store visual layout are in compliance with SOP, well organised and properly merchandised.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Job Requirements
At least 5 years working experience in retail operations management
Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skill.
Resourceful, able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
Able to communicate, influence and negotiate effectively with all levels of people.
Able to analyse situations and resolve the issues with innovative and creative thinking
Extensive traveling within Bangkok city is required
