Working as part of the CRM marketing team to drive customer acquisition, retention and conversion and being the gatekeeper for all customer data providing insights, segmentation and profiling for all products.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a CRM business intelligence leader, utilizing analytics to drive customer-centric action plans
- Create and execute strategic programmatic user-led CRM programs
- Define objectives and success criteria for each Search CRM program and be able to measure results to assess effectiveness of driving search queries
- Create and execute strategic programmatic user-led CRM programs around customer journey flows
- Define objectives and success criteria for Finance CRM programs and be able to measure results to assess effectiveness of increasing user engagement levels and page views
- Develop a strategy and long-term roadmap for CRM, CMS and Force.Com by working with key stakeholders in the organization
- Partner with EA organization in identifying the right tools, technologies and solutions in the CRM/CMS to support future growth
- Be accountable for the global CRM/CMS domain and ensure it meets business needs of today and is prepared for the needs of the future
- Lead, motivate and inspire a team of talented colleagues who are responsible for CRM and CMS who design solutions and ensure execution on-time and with quality
