🎯 Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet all customers in a warm, genuine, and friendly manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer’s shopping experience.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide product alternatives and suggest additional items where appropriate.
• Assist customers with product, sizing, availability, and general store enquiries.
• Ensure customers receive professional and efficient service every time they visit a JD Sports store.
• Understand and follow JD Sports’ customer service standards and measurement programme.
• Represent JD Sports professionally at all times.

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Actively identify opportunities to maximise sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Utilise in-store digital devices and kiosks to offer customers access to the wider product range.
• Develop strong knowledge of JD Sports products, promotions, and campaigns.
• Support promotional activities and store initiatives when required.

Store Standards & Operations

• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
• Ensure products are correctly displayed, organised, replenished, and priced.
• Support stock replenishment and ensure products are available on the sales floor.
• Assist with fitting rooms, cashier duties, stockroom activities, and other store operations where required.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Support other departments and carry out reasonable duties assigned by the Store Management Team.
